The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is a highly anticipated luxury eco-resort slated to open in 2027. Located in Miches along the southern shores of Samaná Bay in the northeastern Dominican Republic, the 60-acre development represents the brand's first property in the country. Developed in partnership with Cisneros Real Estate, the site combines untouched white-sand beaches, coral reefs, mangroves, and tropical forests.
Accommodations: A 95-key luxury resort alongside 25 elegant private beachfront residences.
Private Residences: Available in three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 3,000 to 4,900 square feet.
